Social Side.

The main social event of the year is our dinner and prize presentation. This year's dinner was held in March at The Old Vicarage at Cranage. A thoroughly good time was had by all. Our guest of honour was Bert Mathieu who has been a member for 70 years. Bert entertained us with stories from a bygone era. Neil Skellern, accompanied by his wife Lynne, accepted the Peace Memorial Trophy as winner of the 2006 Open 50.

In 2006 we had an evening cruise with Hot Pot supper on The Judith Mary from Whaley Bridge.

A Crown Green Bowling evening is planned for June 2007.
