A pre-race meeting takes place for youngsters who can compete on any bicycle as opposed to the single fixed wheel bicycles normally used for track cycling.
This league is geared up to racing for seniors and veteran riders of all Categories. Ladies and younger riders compete with the seniors.
The racing is on a 400 metre outdoor tarmac track and is susceptible to the weather.
There are longer events and generally there is less waiting between rides.
The league is run on Thursday evenings from 7.00 p.m. til dusk from early May til late August.
